Kay brings over twenty years of executive recruiting experience to NEO-West. Since 1986, Kay has been a retained search consultant with extensive experience leading assignments for technology, manufacturing and energy clients, as well as a wide variety of other industries. Kay's success and experience is built on her consultative approach and unique insight. She is able to quickly understand an organization's dynamics and day-to-day operations of business. Kay has a proven ability to identify leadership - from the C-Suite,to high-potential candidates resulting in many long-term client relationships. She has successfully placed executives in nearly every functional discipline, including human resources, finance, supply chain & operations, general management, information technology, engineering, and sales & marketing.

In addition to her activities with NEO-West, Kay is currently a Partner with K2 Consulting, a Talent Acquisition and Management consulting firm based in Denver, CO. She provides executive recruiting services and strategy work in collaboration with NEO-West. Prior to her current role, Kay was Vice President of Client Services at IPS. She was also the founder and President of Chapman Tierney Search and Consulting, a boutique executive search practice for fourteen years. From 1986 to 1990, she was a partner at First Colorado Consulting Group, a human resources consulting and retained search firm.
